Arhatic Yoga Level 3.1 & 3.2

Arhatic Yoga Level Three deals with the internal alchemy and the building of the spiritual bridge of light (antakarana) and the development of the etheric golden energy body.

Arhatic Yoga Level Two is part of the Level three. In Arhatic Yoga Level Three the lower chakras are activated first so that the physical body can withstand greater downpour of spiritual energy

Level Three is split into two parts

Level 3.1 You can apply after practising Level 2 for 2 years

Level 3.2 you can apply after practising Level 3.1 for 2 years
